Stepwise stores account and learning data needed to provide question sessions, progress tracking, support, and subscriptions. This development policy must receive legal review before a public commercial launch.
Data we process
Appwrite stores account identity and normalized learning records, including attempts, sessions, notes, flashcards, study-plan settings, preferences, subscriptions, and support requests. A browser cache keeps the workspace responsive and supports recovery from brief network interruptions.
Service providers
Appwrite provides identity and application data services. Resend provides transactional email when configured. Safepay provides hosted payment checkout when enabled. Sentry receives privacy-reduced technical error events when configured.
Export and deletion
Use Settings → Privacy & data to export the current workspace as JSON. Account deletion, retention windows, backup deletion, and statutory requests require a reviewed production procedure before commercial launch.
