These development terms describe Stepwise’s educational scope and one-time access model. They require legal review before public commercial use.
Educational & Non-Clinical Disclaimer
Stepwise is designed exclusively as an examination preparation and learning interface tool for medical students and health professionals. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis, patient management decisions, or direct healthcare delivery.
Independent Examination Notice
Stepwise is an independent educational product. Stepwise is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE), the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), or the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB).
Content and learner data
The repository includes original demonstration questions. Learner attempts and analytics must come from saved user activity; the product does not manufacture peer percentiles when a measured cohort is unavailable. Do not add or distribute third-party content without authorization.
One-time access
Paid plans grant 90, 180, or 360 days of access from verified payment confirmation. They do not renew automatically. Refund eligibility and service availability require a reviewed production policy.
Production review required
Medical content, identity, billing, accessibility, security, and commercial terms require appropriate professional review before a public production release.
